Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units: * Emergency Department * ICU * Cardiac Telemetry * Medical-Surgical - (Adults) * Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds) Qualifications * Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program * Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements) * Experience: 1 year RN experience preferred * Certifications: * BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required within 30 days of hire * Depending on assignment, may also require: * ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) * PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) * Physical Requirements: * Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs regularly * Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts BeAMercyNurse Grow your career.
