Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Transitional Unit (Heart and Vascular Recovery) night position requiring a MO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a hospital Heart and Vascular Recovery Unit, specializing in cardiac transitional care - Patient population includes those recovering from cardiac and vascular procedures - Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 - 13-week assignment - Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs - Up to five days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment - Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible under a local contract with specific duration rules - Consecutive local assignments limited to three 13-week contracts at the same facility before a one-year separation or transfer to another facility outside the 50-mile radius is required /n /n Requirements/n - Active MO or compact RN license required at the time of consideration - At least one year of recent experience in the cardiac transitional or similar specialty - No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months - Current certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment, unless proof of renewal is provided - Valid U.S. Social Security Number required /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-663146.
