Join our CMCA Head Start Childcare Center in Jefferson City as a nurturing Teacher to positively impact the lives of children aged 3 to 5. Enhance their growth and development with evidence-backed early childhood education. Pay is $15.84 / hour to $19 / hour.Job Duties:Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for children of all abilities.Leads developmentally appropriate activities to foster growth in all childhood areas.Ensures a conducive learning environment by maintaining a trusting relationship with children and their families.Ensure a secure, health-conscious, and well-organized setting to accommodate the needs and requirements of children.Job Requirements:Requires either an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, or a related degree with some coursework in Early Childhood, or a CDA.Experience teaching preschool age children required.
