your future with us. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is
hiring an Associate Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly &
Installation to support the 777X program in Berkeley, MO . Position
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements production and tooling
methodologies
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate
technical solutions across multiple disciplines
- Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and
maintains the program architecture for build
- Assists in implementing manufacturing plans
- Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation
of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and
concepts
- Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and
technologies
- Interfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and
internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and
experience
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible
design/build definitions
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to
performance, cost or scheduleThis position is expected to be 100%
onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at
the listed location.This position must meet Export Control
compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22
C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful
permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science
- 2+ years of related engineering experience
- Experience in Lean Process implementation
- Prior engineering experience in a manufacturing or production
role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical
Engineering
- Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
- Experience with 3D model-based instruction
- Experience with any of the following: CATIA,
Teamcenter/IPDM/VisMockup, IBI Cognos
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image
(MESci)Relocation:This position offers relocation based on

Summary pay range: $75,650 - $102,350Applications for this position
