Treatment Facilities Location: This is a statewide Missouri
position and requires travel to KVC campus locations. Salary:
$95,000-$110,000 annually (Determined by education and experience)
Job Summary This position organizes and directs the work of Nursing
Departments to assure that effective nursing services are provided,
and quality standards are met. The function of the Director of
Nursing is to develop and maintain an environment that supports the
nursing staff, meets required standards, and delivers safe health
care to those we serve. Reports to the Sr. Vice President of
Residential Treatment Services. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in
Nursing and/or higher level of education in nursing or healthcare
administration. Licensure/Certification: • Registered Nurse
Qualifications:. • Possess a current, valid driver’s license and
meet the agency requirements for driver’s insurance • Strong
communication, interpersonal, and computer skills and understand
the English language proficiently. • Capable of engaging in
strenuous physical activities in the stress challenge programs.
Experience: • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with the
health needs of the population served, preferably in residential
treatment or a mental health setting. Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Working in residential setting • Working in a Trauma Informed
environment • Knowledge of trauma and its impacts on healthy
development • Providing leadership in a behavioral health setting
