Position Summary: The Sales Manager will serve as the primary trainer and mentor for the sales department, responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role includes managing performance against clearly defined KPIs, utilizing CRM tools to track results, and conducting ride-alongs as needed to provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
